Until now, all of BTI's warehouse management activities have been performed manually. Because there is no IT system for automatic management, BTI has difficulty in controlling goods. Enterprises often face the risk of mistaken assembly due to taking wrong samples, difficult to trace as well as control inventory in real time. Employees and warehouse managers can't locate goods, so errors often occur when picking the right lot, right lot.
