Fresher Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning & Market Research: Stay updated on basic SAP technologies and market trends. Participate in internal training and sales skill development programs.
• Client Relationship Support: Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for our SAP products and services.
• Business Development: Research customers database, Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts by promoting CMC Consulting’s SAP service portfolio.
• Project Coordination Assistance:Collaborate with the Marketing and SAP Delivery teams to track opportunities. Support the Presales and Delivery teams in preparing documents, reports, and project-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently when required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Willingness to attend training programs on SAP solutions and sales techniques
• Willingness to travel abroad for business as required.

Nice to have: 

• SAP certifications are highly desirable;
• Experience in sales, business development, or IT services is an advantage
• German language is a plus
