Project Manager/ Product Owner

Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Product Owner to lead the AI Project. The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing web-based projects with high user engagement, understanding AI integration, and solid knowledge of cloud environments. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with customers to clarify requirement and internal Data & AI team, make project plan and manage project progress 
• Manage project activities for multiple projects across all management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. 
• Ensure software development standards and practices are followed. Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle 
• Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring;  
• Lead the Project team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the management of the product backlog and inventor.  

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 
• Experience 3+ years as Project Management/ Team Management 
• Knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, chatbots) and Cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure. 
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Excellent English communication skills  
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and management skills 
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar). 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with at least one of programming languages/framework such as ReactJS/NodeJS  
• Understanding DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment. 
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services. 
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are an advantage 
• Having technical background is a plus
