1. Role and Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all roles across multiple project (job posting, applicant screening, candidate selection, on-boarding)
  • Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands;
  • Play the role of Consultant for Hiring Manager (Head of Depts) all relevant issues which can affect to recruiting process;
  • To plan the resourcing budget and manage the resourcing expenses within the approved budget.
  • Measure and evaluate recruitment, report weekly, monthly and other job related metrics.

   Employer Branding

  • To expand widely The Employee Branding of CMC Consulting and develop its Employee Experience programs;
  • Create relationships with universities, large source recruitment sites, reputable.

 2. Required Skills and Experience


  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HR (Recruitment);
  • Proven working experience as Talent - Acquisition Specialist in IT industry or a similar position is preferable.
  • Having a strong & effective network of candidates /recruitment service provider.
  • The skills to ask the right questions to understand the needs effectively for both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Fluent in English
