1. Role and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all roles across multiple project (job posting, applicant screening, candidate selection, on-boarding)
- Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands;
- Play the role of Consultant for Hiring Manager (Head of Depts) all relevant issues which can affect to recruiting process;
- To plan the resourcing budget and manage the resourcing expenses within the approved budget.
- Measure and evaluate recruitment, report weekly, monthly and other job related metrics.
Employer Branding
- To expand widely The Employee Branding of CMC Consulting and develop its Employee Experience programs;
- Create relationships with universities, large source recruitment sites, reputable.
2. Required Skills and Experience
Experience
- At least 3-4 years of experience in HR (Recruitment);
- Proven working experience as Talent - Acquisition Specialist in IT industry or a similar position is preferable.
- Having a strong & effective network of candidates /recruitment service provider.
- The skills to ask the right questions to understand the needs effectively for both internal and external stakeholders;
- Fluent in English
