About the project

Sun Group was first established in Ukraine in 1998 by a group of Vietnamese young intellectuals. Initially, Sun Group built its reputation in the Vietnamese community in Ukraine by developing a number of highly appreciated developments, including Barabasova (the biggest commercial centre catering to overseas Vietnamese), Lang Thoi Dai, Sun City – a commercial centre and office building for lease and an in-house waterpark inside the Sun City…

In early 2017, Sun Group launched the new brand Sun World, including recreational complexes such as Sun World Ba Na Hills, Sun World Danang Wonders, Sun World Halong Complex and Sun World Fansipan Legend.

Sun Group encountered many difficulties when implementing with a huge amount of business, process and data. Moreover, the mass adoption of ERP for all businesses of the Group took place in less than 3 months, comprising system survey, future process design, current process reform, data standardization, training and acquainting with the new system. This is indeed a large number of work and an immense challenge.
