During the assessment, the AMS (Application Management Support) and Technical teams at CMC Consulting underwent a rigorous checklist with a large workload and limited time. However, through the enduring efforts of the entire team, CMC Consulting successfully met all the criteria, including system recovery upgrades, incident management, remote testing and connection processes, SAP EarlyWatch Alert system alerts, and a standardized support team.
