  • L3 - High-level support:

- Investigating, testing, and providing the solutions to complex incidents sent up from L2

- Perform Root Cause Analysis

- Monitoring and solving system problems

- Contacting SAP to solve problems/incidents related to the license (core part) of SAP software

Service Level Agreements (SLA): CMC Consulting provides various Managed Services packages with annual agreements. The contract will be signed after both parties discuss and agree on priority levels for the encountered issues.
