On June 21, 2025, in Da Nang, BQ Manufacturing & Trading Co., Ltd. and CMC Consulting Co., Ltd. jointly hosted an event to celebrate the successful implementation of the SAP Business One (SAP B1) system. The project has been officially completed and is now in operation, supporting the company’s comprehensive restructuring of its business model.

The SAP B1 system is expected to completely transform the previously fragmented and manual management processes by standardizing all operational workflows - from purchasing, sales, inventory, finance, and accounting to retail chain management and e-invoice integration. Notably, the project was delivered with a full solution package including source code, allowing BQ to take full ownership of the system - an uncommon practice in many traditional ERP projects. This achievement not only marks a significant step in BQ’s digital transformation journey but also reaffirms the strong partnership between the BQ brand and CMC Consulting.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Phan Hai - Director of BQ and Head of the Project Steering Committee - acknowledged that the implementation of SAP B1 was not without challenges, particularly in coordination due to remote work and geographical distance. However, thanks to the close guidance from the internal Steering Committee and the strong support from the CMC Consulting team, both sides worked toward a common goal and successfully completed the project after more than a year of continuous effort.
