The company offers a wide range of services, including sourcing, marketing, distribution, and after-sales support for various industries. As part of its regional digital transformation journey, DKSH initiated a series of SAP integration projects in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand, focusing on improving system connectivity and operational efficiency across borders.

The Challenge

One of the key challenges DKSH faced was the need for seamless coordination across multiple countries during the SAP integration process. This required not only deep technical expertise but also familiarity with the operational environments in each market. In particular, the demand for experienced consultants in SAP Process Integration (PI) was high, and the internal team needed additional support to meet project timelines and complexity.

The Solution

To address this, DKSH partnered with CMC Consulting to provide staff outsourcing services. CMC deployed a team of senior SAP consultants with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PI. These consultants were embedded directly into DKSH's regional integration projects, contributing to system analysis, interface development, and technical coordination across the three countries.
