PUMA, one of the world’s leading sportswear brands, is accelerating its digital transformation strategy by upscaling its e-commerce and retail operations across Southeast Asia. As part of this regional initiative, Vietnam was chosen as the first business unit to pilot sales operations using SAP R/3 and the S/4HANA Fashion system, marking a key milestone in PUMA’s omni-channel growth roadmap.

CMC Consulting was entrusted with this critical initiative. Our team delivered end-to-end SAP implementation services, including system localization and the development of detailed configuration documents. We created comprehensive test cases and scripts for core Finance (FI) processes and developed 25 customized Value-Added Service (VAS) reports tailored to the apparel industry. End-user training sessions were conducted to ensure smooth adoption and hands-on readiness for the new system. Throughout the process, we maintained close coordination with the client to align on agile milestones and validate functionalities across business units.
