Develop and implement business development strategies for products and services in Southern Vietnam to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify, research, and develop new market opportunities, key accounts, and potential clients in the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business expansion.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Delivery, Technical, Presales) to design and propose suitable solutions aligned with customer needs.
Lead major sales opportunities, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Team Management & Leadership
Recruit, develop, and manage the sales team in Southern Vietnam.
Set sales targets and KPIs; monitor performance and drive results.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance consultative selling skills and overall sales effectiveness.
Market Intelligence & Brand Presence
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and customer meetings in Southern Vietnam.
Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities; provide insights and strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a similar role, preferably in IT solutions or enterprise software services.
Having experience in team management is prefferable.
University degree or higher, preferred major Business Administration, Finance.
