Technical Lead (Smart Factory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the overall technical architecture for the software platform.
• Define system architecture including backend, frontend, APIs, and data structures.
• Establish development standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead technical decision making and technology selection.
• Support developers in solving complex technical problems.
• Review system design and code quality.
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap for the product.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience designing and building large-scale software systems.
• Strong knowledge of backend systems, API design, and database architecture.
• Experience with Python, Flutter and React is a plus.
• Strong system thinking and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools or AI agents to improve development productivity.
