Business Development Executive (Data&AI)

About CMC Consulting: CMC Consulting - a member of CMC Corporation. Founded in 2008, CMC Consulting is Vietnam’s leading provider of Digital Transformation consulting and implementation services, specializing in ERP, Data AI solution. We are looking for a talented Business Development professional to join our team and play a key role in expanding our Data/AI and Digital Transformation business.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Search, approach, and develop new customers in the Data/AI sector, focusing on large enterprises and corporations.
• Identify customer needs and business challenges, and propose suitable technology solutions (Data Platform, Applied AI, GenAI, Data Analytics, etc.).
• Manage and build long-term relationships with customers, technology partners, and the ecosystem.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the solution/technical teams to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on market and emerging Data/AI technology trends, proactively recommend strategic directions for the company.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute directly to overall business growth.

Requirement:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in IT products or services (Cloud/Data/AI/Analytics/SaaS solutions preferred)
• Strong network with large enterprises, especially in industries such as finance & banking, retail, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Strong capability to analyze business needs and design tailored technology solutions.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building at C-levels.
• Proactive, driven and forward-thinking, with a passion for new technologies and a strong focus on applying them to deliver practical value for customers.
• Results-oriented mindset, persistence, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Basic English communication skills
