MES Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Smart MES Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to help design, implement, and optimize intelligent Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing automation, IoT, AI-driven production analytics, and ERP/MES integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement Smart MES solutions leveraging automation, AI, and IoT technologies, Scada
• System Integration: Integrate MES with ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamic
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze manufacturing operations and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
• Technology Enablement: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies such as digital twins, robotics, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and cloud-based MES solutions.
• Customization & Configuration: Work with technical teams to configure and customize MES and ERP systems to meet business requirements.
• Advanced System Design: Architect and develop advanced MES frameworks, including real-time data processing, AI-driven decision-making, and predictive analytics for production lines.
• Manufacturing Intelligence & Analytics: Design and implement KPI dashboards, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring, and advanced reporting tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, IT, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Smart Manufacturing, MES implementation, or ERP integration.
• Knowledge of MES, ERP (SAP MII, SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle MES, Microsoft Dynamics 365), and IoT-based manufacturing solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, APIs, Power Automate, Python, and system integration techniques.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing processes and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
• Excellent communicate skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automation technologies such as SCADA, PLC programming, AI/ML-driven analytics, robotics, and digital twins.
• Certification in SAP MII, Oracle MES, or Microsoft Dynamics 365, IBM Maximo, Epicor Mattec.
• Experience in cloud-based MES solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of AI-driven predictive maintenance and production analytics.
• Experience in Industrial IoT (IIoT), edge computing, and real-time manufacturing data processing.
