MES/ Smart warehouse Consultant

 Job descriptions:

- Solution design and consulting:

• Analyze production management requirements, customer technical requirements and current status of the manufacturing plant.
• Design MES system architecture, propose solutions including equipment, software, integration tools suitable for the production needs and digital transformation strategy of the enterprise.
• Ensure solutions meet industrial standards (ISA-95, ISA-88) and sustainability, flexibility, performance and security

- Direct and supervise implementation process:

• Develop implementation plans and manage MES projects at customer factory.
• Guide and lead the implementation team to ensure project progress and quality.
• Check and evaluate the installation, configuration and adjustment process of the MES system.
• Ensure the system operates stably, meeting real-time production requirements.

- System integration:

• Design and implement solutions to integrate MES systems with measuring, control, IoT (Internet of Things) devices.
• Integrate MES with enterprise management systems (ERP) and other software platforms (SCADA, PLM, Smart WMS, etc.).
• Develop or monitor data connection interfaces between systems, ensuring smooth and accurate information flow.

- Consulting and training:

• Guide and train end-users on how to use and operate MES systems.
• Advise on strategies to upgrade and expand the system in the future, follow technology trends.

2. Job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher with major in Automation, Information Technology, Mechatronics or related fields.

- Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in implementing MES systems or similar smart manufacturing systems.
• Experience in integrating MES with ERP, IoT systems, SCADA, PLC is a big advantage.

- Professional skillset:

• Proficiency in popular MES tools and software such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Digital Proficy, or similar systems.
• Understanding of industrial standards (ISA-95, ISA-88).
• Knowledge of industrial networks (Industrial Ethernet, OPC UA, Modbus, etc.) and communication protocols.

- Soft skills:

• Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication, consulting and presentation skills.

- Language: Good command of English (4 skills)
