Overview
Analyze, understand, and map data flows from SAP systems into our data and AI platform. Serve as a crucial bridge between business processes and data models.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of SAP systems to extract information about schemas, business logic, and data mapping
- Work with engineers to translate business processes into data models
- Validate data extraction logic and ensure consistency with source systems
- Create detailed documentation on data flows, data mapping, and integration processes
- Collaborate with business experts to ensure data meets business needs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP systems, particularly SAP ERP or S/4HANA
- Deep understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HR)
- Experience in data mapping and business process analysis
- Ability to understand and interpret complex SAP data structures
- Strong communication and coordination skills with technical and business teams
Technical Skills
- SAP ERP & S/4HANA: Understanding of table structures, ABAP Dictionary, Business Object Repository
- SAP Modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, and related modules
- SAP Data Models: SAP Data Dictionary, ABAP Data Dictionary
- SAP BW/BI: Understanding of InfoObjects, InfoCubes, DSOs, and BW structures
- SAP HANA: Smart Data Access, Smart Data Integration
- SAP CDS Views and SAP Core Data Services
- Basic SQL and database understanding
- Data mapping tools: SAP Data Services, PowerDesigner, Erwin
- Process documentation tools: ARIS, SAP Solution Manager
