Business Analyst (AI Solutions)

Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our AI Solutions team, responsible for identifying AI opportunities, defining product requirements, and driving AI solutions from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI application opportunities.
• Define AI use cases, product vision, and expected business outcomes.
• Document requirements (BRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact.
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to define model objectives and expected outputs.
• Support UAT, validate AI results with clients, and ensure solution alignment.
• Take ownership of AI Landing Page content: build value propositions in collaboration with Marketing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as BA/PO roles.
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Experience in AI Solutions/ Software Development or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical thinking and product mindset.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive models, GenAI).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English communication.
