SAP Presales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Play role as a solution advisor to clients during the project initiation phase: gather and analyze customer requirements to develop comprehensive consulting solutions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to define solution directions and recommendations aligned with client needs.

• Design solution documentation, prepare cost estimates (for consulting and implementation services), and present proposals to clients.

• Develop and package industry-specific solution offerings.

• Research new SAP products and other relevant integrated systems to enhance solution portfolios.

• Design and deliver training programs for new products to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Internal Operations).

• Identify, develop, and strengthen consulting capabilities within the department and across the company.

• Collaborate with business partners to maintain and expand partnership opportunities.

• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or other related fields.

• Experience or in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry.

• Experience as an SAP implementation consultant or SAP end-user in the manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.

• Experience in presales roles for ERP software/products is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.

• Possess systematic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office; skilled in creating presentation materials (PowerPoint, Mindmap) and delivering effective presentations.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
