Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the DACH region, acting as their primary point of contact for our SAP products and services.
Business Development: Research customers database, Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts by promoting CMC Consulting’s SAP service portfolio.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to managing sales pipelines in the CRM, ensuring consistent flow of opportunities through collaboration with marketing and SAP delivery teams.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with other pre sales, and delivery team to ensure successful delivery outputs of the project.
Market Insights: Stay updated on trends in SAP technologies and the specific needs of businesses in the DACH region to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) as an Account Manager (prefer work in a similar sales role within the IT or ERP services industry);
Strong communication skills in German (strong English is plus);
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
Experience in consultative selling and developing tailored solutions for clients;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; SAP certifications are highly desirable;
Willingness to travel to EU as required.
