Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Delivery implementation/advisory services and leading HR practices for customers using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand customers' business requirements and conduct the design and implementation of solutions.
- Provides solution support to other junior consultants.
- Participates in internal projects to improve our offering for SuccessFactors (packages, tools, etc.).
- Provides internal and external training in his/her area of expertise.
- Participates in pre-sales answers on the field of specialty.
- Support internal projects within the area of expertise.
- Have 2+ years of implementing HR solution with at least 1 full cycle project.
- Have systematic mindset, understand software implementation methodology.
- A strong understanding of the business logic behind HR applications.
- Excellent communication and advising skills.
- Good command of English
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Some travel required.
