We are looking for an experienced Smart Warehouse Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to help design, implement, and optimize intelligent warehouse management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse automation, IoT, AI-driven inventory management, and ERP/WMS integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement Smart Warehouse solutions leveraging automation, AI, and IoT technologies.
- System Integration: Integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, Infor SCE, Meson Logistic
- Technology Enablement: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies such as RFID, robotics, AI-driven predictive analytics, and cloud-based warehouse solutions.
- Customization & Configuration: Work with technical teams to configure and customize WMS and ERP systems to meet business requirements.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support for warehouse staff on smart warehouse solutions and best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to monitor warehouse KPIs, inventory levels, and system performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Smart Warehousing, WMS implementation, or ERP integration.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP (SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor SCE), and IoT-based warehouse solutions.
- Experience in automation technologies such as AS/RS, AGV, robotics, AI/ML-driven analytics, RFID, and barcode scanning.
- Proficiency in SQL, APIs, Power Automate, and system integration techniques.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in SAP EWM or Oracle WMS, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of AI-driven predictive analytics for inventory management.
- Experience in RFID, robotic process automation (RPA), and IoT sensors.
