Manage a team of Solution Consultants to grow business in CMC Consulting through working closely with Sales Account Team. The pre-sales functions include pipeline development, solution seminar, marketing campaign, proposal preparation, technical presentation and clarification, product demo etc.
Build up capacity/services in strategic areas of the company: ERP, CRM, HxM, DnA ...
Research on technology trends for the implementation of innovative solutions while consulting solutions for customers.
Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services.
Creative thinking about both in-house and outsource products.
Oversee activities of Technology division and directly manage IT Managers, including assisting in recruitment and training.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s and/or master's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
5++ years of experience as SA position.
Extensive knowledge of ITO and technology trends.
Capability of managing development projects with team scale of 30-50 people.
Presentation & English communication: Advanced.
Having domain knowledge about Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail
Must be self-motivated and have a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
