Build company’s products and service development strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets;
Make plans to maintain, develop and promote business activities, customer care;
Search for business opportunities, promote new market expansion;
Search, exploit target customer, develop relationships with potential customers and partners for products and services
Develop plans for strategic accounts including customer profiles, target programs, forecast reports & appropriate actions;
Build relationships with key person/ decision makers of businesses in the potential customer list;
Participate in internal and external industry-related programs and events;
Manage & build the team:
Participate in recruitment, performance management, training and coaching team members (AM). Motivate the overall professional development and career development of team members;
Evaluate the team performance related to the team's goals/KPI and revenue targets;
Carry out consistent communication and inspired activities, promote team actions according to the Company's goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as software sales manager;
University degree or higher, preferred major Business Administration, Finance.
